オークランドでのロマンチックな旅行

フロントの担当者の方が非常に親切で、ホテルで忘れ物があったのですが、真剣に探していただき感謝しています。

The staff were very kind and I had a comfortable time. The interior seems to be very cute and it was very nice. I would definitely like to stay at this hotel when I visit Auckland again

立地が最高によい。深夜のチェックインも問題ありませんでした。スタッフは皆さん親切でした。お部屋の掃除もきれいにしていただけました

The location is definitely convenient, with plenty of restaurants nearby. I went to a Japanese restaurant in the hotel, and it was excellent. The staff were welcoming and friendly. The breakfast buffet was great, and the restaurant staff were attentive, quickly clearing plates and keeping our table tidy.

日々のサービスは必要十分であった 施設も新しくはないものの清潔で良い宿泊が出来た 周りにマーケットやレストランがあり困ることはなかった また宿泊しても良いと思えるホテルでした

景色も良くスタッフも優しくとても良いホテルでしたが、周りが結構急な坂が多く何度も外出してホテルに戻るのが大変でした。その他は良いホテルでした。

午前便だったので、空港まで送り迎えのバスがあるホテルで選びました。 空港でホテルに電話しようと公衆電話を探しましたが、撤去されていたようで見つからず、インフォメーションに問い合わせたら、直接ホテルに電話してくれ、バス停留所の地図をもらい、10分程で迎えがきました。 迎えのバス停留所は、メインのバス停留所の場所と違うので、地図がなかったら辿りつけなかったかもしれません。 部屋は広くゆったり使えました。 バー、プールもあり、もっとゆっくりしたかったです。 チェックインの時に翌日のバスの予約を取ってくれて、少し早い予約時間かなと思いましたが、オークランド空港が思いのほか広くちょうど良い時間でした。

オークランドではいつも利用する。 オークランド空港からのスカイドライブバスで35分程度とアクセスがとても良かった。 ツインの部屋を利用したが部屋も広く満足した。 しかし、コーヒーポットや冷蔵庫に前日に利用した人の物があり掃除が行き届いていなかったことが残念である。
