I love the place. The rooms are clean and the staffs were very helpful since it started raining during my stay. They were able to get me umbrellas and rain coat for one of my tours. Compared to the amenities in South Island, it is heaven.

Thought the Hotel was very nice.
The customer service and concierge were outstanding. I did not use the pool.
Thought the breakfast was lacking. It’s a buffet but has no eggs prepared. You have to order eggs as part of a more expensive breakfast. The problem comes when you’re in a hurry to catch an early tour or transport and you don’t have time for à la carte.
