Room was clean and spacious. Bathroom is slightly outdated. Service and amenities are not comparable to other five star hotels in Toronto with similar cost- ritz and four seasons

Service wasn’t great. Usually for staying at a hotel like Sheraton, the service level and quality we expect is better. When we arrived, the place was absolute chaos due to a conference ending. We do understand that after hosting a big conference, it can get chaotic but there was no one directing anyone where to go. There was no information given to us about the hotel (pool, kids centre, gym, etc.)when checking-in. There was a QR code to make requests which kept taking us to the app. When we logged in, we couldn’t request anything since our reservation wasn’t made via their website but through Expedia. The towels we had weren’t clean and had stains on them. Calling in for room service either took too long or never showed up. Very disappointed in our stay at Sheraton.
