Certainly the best hotel in Seoul. Everything was perfect. Registration desk, cleanliness, food at the hotel. The suite was beautiful and large. People at the hotel very very nice. A fantastic experience for me. This hotel deserves a fifth star.

Location is good, convenient to access bus or subway. A lot of dining options close by. But the cleanliness of the hotel is not good. Dirty stain on room light buttons, dirty floor etc. One day the cleaning staff left a bag of garbage on my room table while she should have taken it away. Room beddings were said to change every other day but weren’t changed for the three days we were there.
