Southeast Texas Pet-friendly Vacations

The Hotel was nice , pool a bit small but unfortunately the area around needs to be cleaned up in regards to the homeless

We probably would not stay again. The staff at the hotel bar/ restaurant were not friendly or helpful. We felt like we were bothering them just ordering a drink. The food was terrible and very limited selection. Don’t plan on having meals there… not worth the high prices.

The first day checked in we had to wait half an hour because no body at front desk after we checked in the ac very noisy and we asked the front desk to change room she didn’t want to help so we had to call Hyatt corp. then switched to different rooon which was very dirty.

Hotel was 6 min walk to large shopping mall. Room was large and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was ok but finished at 9am which I felt was very early.
