Great hotel overall and honoring Edvard Grieg.

Very good location but older hotel and very loud outside. Hotel staff was not very friendly and the elevator was broken while we were there which was unfortunate. Overall good for location but not much else.

The whole experience was wonderful from the food down to all of the staff that helped us out in so many ways.

The receptionist we first saw was a bit surly and not very friendly or helpful but the rest of the staff were lovely. Everything was clean and breakfast was excellent. They were also really helpful when a ring accidentally got washed down a sink and sent a janitor to retrieve it. Overall was excellent and very handy location for the city and public transport.

Had to climb steps to get to the room. Not convenient when have luggage
