Faced with an issue of water clogging and the floor was flooded

All the staff gave 5 star service. Everyone was so helpful and couldn’t do enough for you. On my first night my room 126 had noisy traffic outside but staff moved me next day to 123 which was much appreciated. My room looked onto the lovely pool area. Hotel was very clean with fresh towels and bottles of water daily A big thanks to Manager Rosada and all her team

Pelangi is an amazing resort. It was so tidy and they have exceptional attention to detail to make sure everything is perfect for you. The staff were very friendly and always happy to go the extra mile to ensure you are happy. Good location close to Cenang for you to check out local restaurants and bars. Highly recommend!

Absolutely flawless stay – if I could give this hotel 10 stars, I would. The staff at The Danna Langkawi truly went above and beyond from the moment we arrived. Everyone was so kind, humble, and genuinely caring, constantly checking in to make sure everything was taken care of. They offered thoughtful suggestions on what to see and do around the island and seemed genuinely invested in making sure we enjoyed every minute of our trip. The room and property were immaculate. Housekeeping was incredible – the room was cleaned and refreshed twice a day, and every detail was perfectly handled without us even having to ask. The whole hotel feels calm, elegant, and extremely well maintained, with a real focus on guest comfort. I’ve stayed in a lot of luxury hotels around the world, but this was by far the best. The attention to detail and the warmth, humility, and professionalism of the staff set this place apart. We left feeling truly cared for, and we will definitely be back.

The room was spotless. Staff services were excellent. The bathroom towels should be of a better qualiity. Buffet needs to have an xtra aisle for breads and a additional toaster.

J’ai passé un séjour absolument exceptionnel au Arch Studio à Langkawi ! Dès mon arrivée, j’ai été accueilli avec un grand sourire et une incroyable gentillesse de la part des réceptionnistes. Leur professionnalisme, leur disponibilité et leur attention constante ont vraiment rendu mon séjour inoubliable. Je tiens à les remercier du fond du cœur : ils représentent à eux seuls l’excellence de l’hospitalité ! L’hôtel est d’une propreté irréprochable, chaque espace est parfaitement entretenu et donne immédiatement une sensation de confort et de bien-être. Les chambres sont spacieuses, modernes, bien aménagées et décorées avec goût, offrant tout ce qu’il faut pour se sentir comme chez soi tout en profitant d’un cadre hôtelier de qualité supérieure. Tout est pensé pour le confort des clients : des installations pratiques, une atmosphère chaleureuse et un service vraiment attentionné.
