The staff is very attentive to all our needs. The spa is best we’ve experienced! Wildlife viewing from our room and restaurants was incredible! This resort is a fantastic adventure, especially for couples.

It's a very small hotel but clean. The breakfast was moderate but the staff were friendly.

Its not as it looks like on photos. The room was very antiquated and almost unkept with insects crawling here and there. Staff were extremely nice.

An Exceptional and Unforgettable Stay Our stay at The Datai Langkawi was truly exceptional and one of the most memorable experiences of our trip to Malaysia. The breathtaking rainforest setting, beautiful beach, excellent dining and wonderful spa are all remarkable, but what truly distinguishes The Datai is the extraordinary level of hospitality. We are especially grateful to the General Manager, whose personal attention, generosity and genuine care made our stay incredibly special. Taking the time to meet with us personally and ensuring that we felt truly welcomed and valued reflected an exceptional level of hospitality and leadership. We would also like to express our sincere appreciation to the management team and the wonderful team members at the Nature Centre and Spa. Their warmth, professionalism and thoughtful attention added greatly to our experience. Our thanks extend to everyone we encountered, including housekeeping, concierge, restaurants, transportation, spa and activity teams. Throughout our stay, we consistently experienced kindness, professionalism and genuine hospitality. We arrived expecting a beautiful luxury resort, but left with wonderful memories and genuine affection for The Datai and its people. It is a truly special place, and we sincerely hope to return.
