The customer service is outstanding! The staff behind the counter and the guest services have been so helpful. The location is right in front of a tram stop, public transportation is free for guests. We will definitely stay here again!

This is a great place for an overnight or two! Everything you need in your room plus very cool public spaces. Close to transportation, coffee shops & restaurants, grocery stores. Plus Basel is a great city to visit!

Friendly service, lovely breakfast buffet and old school decor. Super close to the train station and bus stop to the airport for free, and the food hall. Would be nice if they have a gym!

Absolutely amazing 3 days. Hospitality top notch. Breakfast and coffee shop team brilliant. Rooms are really good - very good location - we thoroughly enjoyed our experience. Crisp housekeeping and front desk team is knowledgeable and courteous.

This place was more than we expected. We had a great room that overlooked the streets and an orchestra had played back to back days, and it was nice to open the windows and enjoy the music. Our family suite was great, but I did not realize that the “family suite” included a pull out couch as the second room. We are from the US and some of the room’s features we were not familiar with, so we did not know how to operate the bidet in the master quarters. Overall, we enjoyed the hotel. I am sure a smoking bar might be a draw for some, but that was a bit much for us.

The hotel is quite arty and quirky, which is good. Beds comfy, good temp in room, few free goodies in the fridge. Shower is in the room, so not total privacy but no real issue. The only issue we had was a staff member knocking and walking in at 08:30am, and then another member of staff knocked at 11am asking when we were checking out. Check out is noon, and we had a late night, didn’t make us feel very comfortable.

A clean and basic hotel outside Zurich city center. The rooms have NO A/C but they do provide a standing fan. However the fan does not provide enough cooling after spending a hot summer day in Zurich. It The major street in front of the hotel is under construction.
