Perfect location for shopping, beach, and restaurants. Very clean and staff is very friendly… did not disappoint. Everything met the mark and expectations of a Four Seasons.

Great stay right in the Loop and convenient to the L.

We absolutely loved this hotel. My wife and I came for two days to celebrate my birthday. The location is fantastic to walk many great places, breakfast buffet was the best, excellent selection and tasty. While eating breakfast then brought me a birthday brownie and put chocolate in our room. Above and beyond expectations. Very clean and modern hotel with great staff. Roof top bar is a must!

We came down for the Jill Scott concert and stayed here add the hotel was literally 2 blocked from the venue Chicago Theater. We were on the 4th floor and the view was spectacular. The room had 2 queen beds and was very spacious, but what took my breath away was the bed area in the window. I slept here because I wanted to see the view. Valet parking was $65 a night which is cheaper than a lot of places in Chicago. I paid for breakfast at the hotel with the reservation, which was an Asian/American mix restaurant. There were conventional breakfast choices are well as Asian choices, I'm more of a conventional breakfast person. The price for breakfast was $50 extra per person. There were many people in there for breakfast so the place is pretty popular, but next time I'll just go to a restaurant nearby. We didn't stay for dinner so I'm not sure of the choices with that. I will most definitely stay here again, and will recommend to others. I think this hotel is my favorite in Chicago so far.

The room was very clean and spacious. Staff was very informative about what was accessible during our stay. I would definitely stay here again if I come back to visit Chicago.
