This hotel needs renovating.
It is dirty.
Sleeper sofa had dirty bedding on it with literal mouth marks, food and crumbs all over it.
Only two sets of towels for six of us.
No special touches.
Late check in.

Front desk was not helpful. They had poor customer service, not making the check in process easy with two rooms. They charged the wrong card for payment . They were not helpful with check out process regarding the payment, including when I called to speak with someone the day after check out. I was told if I had problems with my stay/payment I needed to come to the hotel in person. I live in Ohio, the hotel is in Chicago. I was never emailed receipt of payment that I was promised.

My stay at the Chicago Hilton was truly exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the beautiful and elegant surroundings, outstanding amenities, and impeccable service.
The staff were gracious, attentive, and professional, making the entire experience feel warm and welcoming. The hotel itself is absolutely gorgeous, with amenities that exceeded my expectations.
I look forward to staying here again and would highly recommend the Chicago Hilton to anyone seeking a memorable and luxurious experience in Chicago.
