Room was refurbished and clean
Housekeeping was poor, missed out on our firdt day as they wanted to clean at 4.00pm and we were using room.
Breakfast was fine, nothing special, space is small and was particularly noisy 1 morning with multiple families in a tour group making an absolute racket whilst not really eating and moving on but just hanging around making a nuisance and taking up seating.

Very interesting hotel and location of the hotel. Close to shore walking, dining, sidewalk market (Fr -Su), ferry terminal. Pleasant and helpfull staff. No elevator, but staff helps with luggage up and down the stairs. We liked it very much.
