The Best Stay ever. Anniversary surprise for my partner, we had a great time. Room was excellent, reception team very kind and attentioned. Good WiFi, great bathroom and amenities (slippers to take away are very nice!). The spa pool was nice and relatively quiet. Princess meetup was incredible! Jasmine is my partner’s favourite and added to the stay.
Quit expensive but worth it for special occasions.

Mixed review on staff helpfulness
Bed was broken and despite my husband reporting it and escalating it to the hotel manager and him assuring us it would be repaired, nothing was done. Bullstock base of the bed was touching the floor which is absolutely unacceptable and my husband now has a bad back from it. Rooms could do with an upgrade as they are very tired in places. Carpets are filthy. Seems that all the money's been poured into the lobby. Not a great room service selection either. Very limited and you see lots of people eating Uber eats in the lobby area which is pretty grim and brings down the overall experience.
