The room was clean and basic amenities (washing machine, dryer, fridge etc) Bedding and sheets were good. The bathroom- shower had mold The heater for the bedroom didn't work, however there were other bedding available to help on the chilly nights. Great stay, thank you

The room was fine. What was not fine was the insistence that I send personal ID docs (passport, driv lic, etc) and credit card details to them via email, to confirm my identity. Email is simply not secure - this is a huge security hole, and I am not at all confident that my data is secure. It also breaks the PCI DSS credit card security rules set down by the credit card brands. Hotels.com should not be associating with properties which do this. When I protested to the hotel's call centre, and asked for a cancellation/refund, I was told that wasn't possible.

This is an older hotel but extremely comfortable the staff are wonderful, Always happy to help in any way. Resteraunt is great. Have a Happy hour everyday. Parking is complimentary lovely stay Will be staying again
