Clean room, staff was very helpful

Good location but the room was not good for resting. Construction noise and the walls are very thin could here everything and everyone up and down the hallway slamming doors etc… shower had mold as well.

The room was spacious, very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. The buffet breakfast was excellent value and the staff were friendly and professional. Located very close to BTS and airport link.

Honestly, I didn’t expect much from this hotel, but I was pleasantly surprised from the moment I arrived. The entrance felt private and secure, with 24/7 security at the door, and the lobby was spacious, modern, and welcoming. I booked a superior king room for three adults and was a bit worried it might feel cramped—but it turned out to be much bigger than expected. We were placed on the 29th floor, which gave us incredible views over Bangkok, something we really enjoyed throughout the stay. Before arriving, I emailed the hotel to let them know we were celebrating my parents’ anniversary. They went the extra mile and arranged a complimentary cake with a card, which was such a thoughtful and appreciated surprise. The pool on the 30th floor was another highlight—beautiful setting, great atmosphere, and amazing city views. Breakfast was served on the 19th floor in a stylish, modern restaurant with lovely views. The selection was decent, though it felt a bit more like lunch than breakfast at times, with items like chicken, curries, and spring rolls alongside the usual eggs and fruits. It might just reflect local culture, but personally, I’d rate the breakfast a solid 7/10. On departure, we had an early flight and were going to miss breakfast, but the staff were very accommodating and arranged a takeaway breakfast with whatever we wanted—great service and a really nice touch. Used to be my absolute favourite hotel in Thailand. Sadly this time there were a few families with small children who spoiled my experience. The pool area is beautiful but small and there are maybe only 12 sun beds to sit near the pool. They were all full very quickly with big family groups and the experience by the pool was not relaxing. I think if this amazing hotel wants to stay popular then I would make it adults only. It’s unfortunately too small and boutique to accommodate noisy small children running around.

Such a beautiful hotel, with the friendliest staff that was so attentive to my three little girls, and us! We loved our rooms, the pool, breakfast every morning was exceptional and with a view, and we also loved the gym! Such an amazing stay!

This is an outstanding hotel, from the friendliness and attention from the staff to the beautiful and impeccably clean room. This was one of my favorite hotels in Bangkok and am looking forward to staying here again. Perfect for a solo traveler, walkable to restaurants, stores, and near Terminal 21 mall and a BTS station.

We started staying here from July 2017 until covid. After the borders opened we went to Chiang Mai instead of Bangkok. After about 5 years since our last visit to Evergreen Place UHG we have noticed a decline in service, from the front desk, also the breakfast has declined since now there is no egg station. I found most on offer was cold and unappetising. On our latest trip we went and had street food locally and very cheap. I found most of the time now when we enter and leave the building there is a lack of door staff to assist, especially when trying to handle heavy luggage. The room cleaning staff are as usual awesome and do a great job. All in all we are disappointed with our latest stays. The main thing that keeps us coming back is location, location, location. Looking for similar accommodation in the area in the future.
