Clean room Friendly Staff Good location

I was very impressed with our stay! Staff was very helpful and accommodating. The location was perfect for everything we had on our agenda. We will definitely return.

The room was very nice and had an excellent view over the garden. We were able to walk to the outlet mall conveniently and, in general, the place was very convenient and nice. The staff were also very pleasant and able to speak excellent English.

Staying here was a great experience. Relaxing in our private onsen while looking out at the mountain and city was stunning. Our other favorite part was the dinner - our server was so amazing with us and compliments to the chef for preparing the delicious food. As foreigners, it was our first time trying some of these foods, and we enjoyed most of it. Thank you!

a little too tight for two ppl, but it’s new and clean, plus so convenient in terms of the access to the station. i have stayed here more than half a dozen times for that reason. price-wise everyone feels different, so i won’t comment on that…

Beautiful modern hotel walkable to Sendai station and all of the back alleys

Very big rooms! Game Center and shops at the lobby floor! Place is surrounded by nature!
