What a stay!!! One of the best holiday experiences we have had. From Happy hour drinks at the roof top pool to breakfast on the riverside terrace, we could not fault this boutique hotel. Location was excellent with only a short stroll down to the city markets. My wife used the spa facilities daily and enjoyed the treatments immensely. All the staff were amazing but a special thank you to Julie, Emily and Moon for the wonderful service, delightful conversation and cheeky senses of humour. Recommended without reservation. FULL and honest comprehensive review. THIS IS NOT A 5 STAR RESORT* Hotel/grounds: everything looks slightly run down or half rate, an example of this is the little hill going down from the pool to the main grass/beach area, by afternoon it turns into mud. Anytime a resort doesnt have installed speakers, is also a tell that its not taking ambiance seriously. Also not sure why beach front resorts haven't fully adopted wristbands for keys instead of having actual key cards, big miss here. There is decent wifi throughout the property. Room: We booked a two bedroom pool villa. While the actual master bedroom was nicely appointed. The layout is EXTREMELY odd. The two bedrooms are completely separated and the living space is yet another separated area with no locks. You need to remember your physical key card if you want to go from bedroom to bedroom. It's a really poor layout especially if you bring kids. Also it's very odd the beds are on wheels and move every time you sit on them. The pool itself was nice, nothing great. Just wasnt as inviting as the pool villa we had a Mikazuki in Da Nang. Pool: we spent most of our time at the beach front pool. Again it was fine. No servers. Again detracting from a real 5 star property, you needed to trade- in cards to get towels and vice versa, just seems like a petty policy. The beach is probably the highlight here. Nice sand, clean, good clean water with no seaweed. No beach chairs really set out on the beach and no service on the beach.

The size, ambience, and facilities inside the room were compromised. I was promised and ocean view room while it was primarily looking at marshy plot, machines at work, and rooftops of in numerous buildings with a small peeping view of the sea. The view inside the room was bland white. I booked a large room, but that was very small. There was space to only keep one medium suitcase. The staff would endlessly keep ringing the doorbell for room cleaning until you open the door; they just won’t stop, to the extent that they try unlocking and checking the room, too. They charged for three people, including my nine year old son, but provided facilities for only 2–2 towels, 2 cups, 2 glasses, two water bottles, et cetera. They would provide you water to drink at a very fast service speed, if you’re paying for. But if you are asking for free water, until they come and deliver.
