Tampa Mountain Vacations

Everything was beautiful, clean, and quick. The checking process was very easy and fast. The dining options were great, the location was great as well. The property had excellent staff. Shout out to the food service workers they were top tier.

Clean room. Enjoyable pool experience. There is a lively pool with music and a quieter pool if you want to relax. I was annoyed that there were many people who saved multiple pool chairs early in the morning and never came to use the chairs. This was rude for families that had no where to sit.

This is a really nice hotel and the service staff were great! The only issue we had was there were no washcloths until our last night there. Also, when we came in our sink drain would not open and someone had to come fix that our second day there. Besides those things, I really have no complaints with the hotel!

The pool was great.

The resort had lots to offer and was overall a nice stay. The villa needed a bit of repair and needed to be cleaned better in certain areas. Not enough toilet paper in the bathrooms, had to go to front office to get some more. The cost of the activities was a bit high (bingo for $5 a card) and there was an issue with the shuttle to Epcot. It was late both for pick up to get there and upon return we waited over 30 mins and eventually another shuttle driver took us to our resort but it wasn’t his run. The pool was great and having the small convenience store in the lobby was very handy.

We overall had a very good experience. The room was clean and the property seemed well maintained. Pool access was cool and it was within walking distance of a few stores and restaurants which was helpful in a pinch. Housekeeping only came once during our 4-night stay, but it was fine as we didn't request it. There were a couple relatively minor issues like the water smelling bad and the cable TV cutting out during our last night. But overall it was a great experience for the price and I would recommend it readily.
