This is our second visit to the resort and it was sad to see that the service went downhill. The rooms were never really cleaned properly and they kept taking the bath robes and didn’t replace them with clean ones. Glasses and just sinks and tables were not wiped down. We had to ask the front desk 4 times in a day to get the sofa bed set up which was super frustrating. No buffet options for lunch or dinner. There

The hotel was beyond clean and staff and food were amazing. Can say enough about the entire experience and can’t wait to go back. The art work is very strange, not sure what they were thinking but everything else was exceptional
