Hotel is lovely and room was massive.

It was great value. Clean and convenient. Food was delicious . People were friendly. A/C didn’t work well in one bedroom and we couldn’t get TV’s to connect to any streaming service and could not cast.

The property is clean. You can tell is a bit older. Food is good. But they advertise is a place to have fun and party and thats not the case. Nothing to do after 11pm I belive it's more of a relaxing and family resort.. overall for a budget friendly get away is not a bad choice.

We don’t often write reviews, but this stay truly deserves an excellent one. My wife is disabled and uses a wheelchair, and this was our second visit to Haven, the first being in 2019. Over the years, we’ve stayed at several resorts in Cancun, including a couple of Excellence Resorts, three Secrets resorts, Live Aqua, and others. However, Haven exceeds the level of customer service we’ve experienced at any other resort. About a week before our trip, I emailed the hotel to ask if it would be possible to provide a special adaptive shower chair so my wife could shower more safely. I quickly received a response from Valentina Navarro, Guest Service Manager. Not only did she arrange the chair, but she also upgraded us to an ADA-accessible suite. The room was perfect for all of my wife’s needs. Throughout our 10-day stay, Valentina consistently checked in on us and made sure we were enjoying our vacation. She truly went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful birthday week. We wish her all the best—we’re certain she has a bright future in the hospitality industry. The second person we would like to sincerely thank is Jose, the pool concierge. From the very first day, he was incredibly attentive, even on his days off. He always made sure we had perfectly located pool loungers

This is my 5th time staying at this property and just love it. Walking distance to the market. Staff are very polite! I celebrated my birthday with 11 friends. Give this property 10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The hotel entrance, layout and restaurants were very nice just wished the rooms were a bit more updated and a.c working better than what it actually was

Cool vibe. Nice shows, good food. Our room in the tower was good! But not really I can see a pool.
