Quality of cleanliness

Very nice hotel. Pricey. Parking is very expensive. And this hotel is not in Georgetown in my opinion. But it is close and walkable. Convenient area of downtown to walk around and not too far to the monuments. Comfortable rooms.

Room was spotless and maintained daily. Staff was very friendly, they've answered any questions we had and were happy to help. Everything was excellent. Special thanks to all the servers in the restoran. Ivanka & Dragan

Although the hotel was very nice, the staff was the best part for our experience there. They were always there with excellent advice and help. Place is a bit pricey, but it was very comfortable and had some nice extras in the room like fruit sparkling water, etc. Be careful with the alcohol fridge, as if you only take out one to look at, it be charged to your account. The cost of a little wine bottle is 30 dollars. We made that mistake, but the staff quickly adjusted our bill.

We loved our stay at the Lyle’s. The location is perfect, very walkable and safe. The staff is great, friendly and professional. The room was spacious, so well designed and very confortable.
