3 rd time staying here and love this hotel. My favorite in Seattle and first choice for Mariner or Seahawks games when I travel from Vancouver.

Great staff from the front desk to the restaurant.

We really enjoyed ourselves. It was wonderful to have a balcony room and watch the goings on and beautiful view. We ordered breakfast to our room. Great service and food.

Asked front desk for silverware, they said they were gonna send it up, it never came, the restaurant service was slow and food wasn’t worth the price, property doesn’t have a snack shop, told me to go to target, gym is small with minimal equipment, bed was comfortable

More cleaner all the walls in the mirrors could have been Whipe and the bathroom the shower could also been well maintained with the new shower head and also making it more a welcome place and the walls getting little bit of black on the bottom wall of the shower room but same time the maintenance could have already just redo everything before inviting a new guest to the room making sure everything is all fully clean and more organized

For me the beds were just too soft so I couldn't get a good night's rest

One of the room that I booked, the sink is so dirty, my wife told the front desk that there is a brown colored coming from the sink, nothing was done. The carpet is dirty, seems no vacuuming. AC is not working. Beddings are stinks. Sorry, I’m just being honest.

The restaurant in the hotel was fantastic, but several other things were suboptimal. There were no instructions at check-in that you need to use your digital room card to summon an elevator. The room phone was dead. One of the elevators was stuck with all floor buttons pushed and a buzzing sound emitting, that the front desk knew nothing about when I reported it. At departure, while I was at check out, the car valet did not give my husband my car key, which we only realized when we pulled over 30+ miles later, and when I called the hotel, and after my key was eventually located, the manager said we would be charged a fee to mail it to me! I pointed out the fault was their’s, and only then he waved the mailing charge.
