The place was above expectations. A great location, a lovely room with loads of amenities. Extremely clean and well presented and overall great value. It was fine for me, but my room on the top floor may not have been ideal for someone older or less mobile

The second time I've stayed at this hotel. Rooms are clean and tidy, and only a short walk from Warwick Avenue Underground station and Little Venice. Behind the hotel is a bar/off-licence called 'Real Drinks', lots of different beverages you can drink in or take away, and a superb pub called 'The Prince Alfred'.

Property was in a fantastic location and served us well. We were in the lower ground floor and although our studio apaerment was great. The sliding bathroom door was tricky to close and the stairs down to the lower level were very narrow and communal areas were not at clean as the rooms.

Lovely welcome. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Good location. Complimentary mulled wine and mince pies were a lovely touch

Property was well kept very friendly staff. Central location makes it easy to access more than one tube stop Hyde Park is right at the foot of the hotel.

The room was quiet but needs to be updated . The bedsheets were clean, the TV worked, the bathrooms were terribly small. The barn door to the bathroom did not work properly and it was right across from our bed. The front desk staff was helpful. The housekeeping service was okay. It took 30-45 mins for an iron and a bottle of water. The lobby was beautiful. If they renovated the rooms like the lobby, I would come back.

Clean rooms, friendly staff, great breakfast with options for everyone. Overall a very comfortable stay.

Great staff. Great breakfast. Clean. Great location for taking the Tube at Earl’s Court. Good restaurants within walking distance and plenty of pubs.

The room was amazing, and the facilities were perfect. We would stay there again!
