Room was clean and spacious, neighbourhood itself was quiet and i felt safe walking alone outside at night. Staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. Will stay here again!

Rooms were very modern and clean, the shower was good high pressure and rainfall style. Shampoo and conditioner were provided in the room as well as free tea and coffee. Breakfast was a full English break plus a pancake bar, fruit station and plenty of pastries. Only downside is that it’s not close to the tourist attractions and there’s not much nearby to do or eat.

Fully serviced apartment hotel. Nicely designed and great amenities. Great neighborhood with wonderful coffee shops and restaurants. Easy access to two Tube stops. Only drawback was the room can be a bit noisy as train tracks run behind the property.

Staff super friendly and helpful - had 3 single rooms which were all different sizes, but all comfortable beds (though tall people might struggle with the length!). For a one night stay kn central london was perfect.

The staff at the winter garden can be rather aloof but the waiters are excellent. The rooms are furnished and highly comfortable. Alas the champagne bar was closed. Shout out to the sommelier at the mirror bar, who is an expert in his craft.

very clean room and bathroom

Just a few things need addressing as this is a lovely hotel/aparthotel in the right area for me. I seem to have to tell them when I check out that something needs fixing, ie there was no conditioner last time and this time. I had a terrace room and the door wouldn't open, no matter how many ways I tried. I didn't complain but told them on my way out. These things should be checked daily. Other than that, all good.

Suitcase went missing for over an hour, we were in room 452 suitcase was delivered to 752. At Breakfast Sat down to eat,then got up to refill my drink returned to find it had been cleared away, so had to go up to get another breakfast.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The room was clean, comfortable, and well kept. The best part was the very convenient location, especially with Russell Square Station close by, making transportation around London quick and easy. There were also plenty of shops and amenities nearby, which was very helpful during my trip. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable place to stay.

Amazing location and facility! Stuffs are very helpful! Couldn't recommend this place more! It's amazing!
