Friendly staff and clean room.

The rooms were clean but the view and windows were lack luster

1st off we got there at 2:30pm to check in. The very nice lady at the desk said there wouldn’t be a room available until 4pm-6pm! When asked when check in check out time was, she said it was “whenever “ . Well we had to get ready for an event and be there by four so when I asked what could be done she did make it happen and get a room for us. That and the fact the room was clean is the only reasons we give it 3 stars. The noise from outside kept us up most of the night. Loud music and a very vulgar DJ . The bed was so uncomfortable my wife was considering leaving and driving on home in the middle of the night. If it hadn’t been for the extra effort the Desk clerk made to get us booked in this would be our first ever 1 star review. Will not stay here next month when we return to downtown Houston.

Amazing hotel. Great restaurant and bar on site

Well-kept property. Friendly staff. Right across from the high-end mall. About 20 mins away from downtown. Enjoyed the stay.
