Lovely room they gave us an upgrade..the only problem we had was loud music playing most of the night..it was a weekday and hotelvwas closed ??

We are impressed with the hospitality, everyone was helpful, respectful and professional. Definitely we are planning our next trip and we don’t have a doubt that we will choose the same hotel. 10/10

Class all the way and Phillip at reception was brilliant. The advice he gave regarding local restaurants was well received and accurate. The only disappointment was we had only one night there! We will be back!

Location is great. Very close to Capitol Theatre. Our room on level 16 was well appointed, had a bath, all Foxtel channels including sports and movies was brilliant. Close to train station.

The bathroom was terrible. Mold on the shower tiles and all over the shower door grout. The paint was peeling inside the drawers of the bathroom cabinet. We got one hand towel and two bath towels that were very thing. The room needed painting as there was paint chipped everywhere. The chairs in the kitchenatte area were ripped. The bed was comfortable and the bedding was clean. The hotel was in a good location. One of the lifts was broken and it took a long time to go up and down. Luckily we were on the second floor and just took the stairs. The staff was standard. If you don't mind mildew in the shower it is a place for you.
