Overall Great service,personnel was excellent,Great food.

Ruby was great at bringing drinks in the lobby bar. I was also extremely happy with the availability of chairs at the elite club pool. I never had to wake up early to claim a chair and I really appreciate that.

The property is very convenient as most restaurants and shop at one level. The staff is just amazing, from the welcoming to the check out, we were absolutely happy and we felt very welcomed. We got a room with a terrace and it was spacious and with great views. The food is absolutely amazing and so many choices. We loved the convenience of the shops including a Starbucks. The bartenders were great. Oh and we loved all the activities and shows they have. This place has us at 10/10 great job, we will be back.

Amazing resort, lots of Vegeterian options.

Everything with this all-inclusive stay was great, so I gave it five stars. However, I have two comments: 1: The pool operating hours are from 10:00 to 19:00, which is not ideal. I prefer early morning or late-night pool access, which was not available. 2: there was no duvet, and we were given blankets that were not in good condition. We asked for two other blankets, but those were not in good condition either. Other than these two issues, every aspect was great.
