The resort was beyond amazing. The staff was over and beyond friendly and willing to assist with anything and everything. I loved this resort.

Staff was pleasant room was clean house keeper Jaqueline was awesome valet was great …. Drinks at the down stairs bar was mid… The pool was nice with a nice view

Only issue was elevator issues through our stay. Then once they would be shut down with no communication about said issues. Other then that great time and will be back again

Bracelet for the key for the room was excellent. Towels, chairs, and umbrella for the beach during certain hours was very convenient. We felt like royalty.

We had a wonderful stay at the Condado Vanderbilt! The hotel is beautiful, the ocean views are amazing, and the staff was friendly and attentive throughout our visit. The location is perfect for enjoying Condado while still feeling like a relaxing getaway. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Puerto Rico!

We had an amazing stay at the Fairmont El San Juan Hotel! The hotel is beautiful, the beach is gorgeous, and the pools were clean and relaxing. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The restaurants and bars offered delicious food and drinks, and the location was perfect—close to the airport and just a short ride to Old San Juan. Our room was comfortable, clean, and made our stay even more enjoyable. Thank you to everyone at the Fairmont for making our vacation so special. We look forward to coming back and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Puerto Rico!

Our room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable, with excellent attention to detail. What truly made our stay special was the outstanding service. Every staff member we encountered was warm, friendly, and genuinely committed to making our experience memorable. The entire property was exceptionally clean and well maintained, from the pools and beach to the restaurants and common areas. If you’re looking for a luxury resort with exceptional service, beautiful accommodations, and a first-class experience, the Four Seasons Puerto Rico is an excellent choice. We can’t wait to return!
