Quan Lan Island Luxury Vacations

The reception staff were excellent and so very helpful all the time. The breakfast was excellent. Such a great choice everyday something different in the buffet selection. Fresh coffee, juice and a daily smoothie. The pool wasn’t very big and personally dont like that people are allowed to smoke in such a small confined space . There is some on going renovations, as the hotel is very new and thats why we got it at a very good price. Didn’t realise our room didn’t have an external window. The room although very nice doesn’t have a lot of space for 2 people’s luggage. But overall for the price we payed it is nice quiet spot with fantastic staff and breakfast.

The staff at Grand Hotel du Lac is wonderful, Extremely helpful and caring. Truly a cut above many of the other hotel I have stayed in. And beyond the high standard of other luxury Vietnamese hotels. The staff at breakfast, the restaurant, and the rooftop bar were going beyond anything to make my stay comfortable. The front desk and support staff were continuously inquisitive whether there was something they could help me with. I will most certainly be back.

Had a great 5 days at this hotel everything went perfectly the staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good with lots of verity. The room was clean and loved the glass bathroom

The hotel arranged a transfer from the airport for USD 30, well worth the money for the absence of stress alone!
