Great location. Rooms were good but could do with a bit of tlc especially in the bathrooms. We had like warm water most of the time which was fine. Shower area could have done with a bit of a deep clean and some minor maintenance but was absolutely fine.
Large spacious bedroom and good aircon.
Breakfast was good. Limited selection of fruit and meats/cheeses but cooked to order eggs, pancakes and Cambodian dishes which were all very good. Plentiful

Terrible experience. Had my travel plans change, used the virtual agent to cancel the trip, they didn’t honor that cancellation and no communication about the reason why. Very disappointing to see.

Hotel breakfast bar was the best I have had in Vietnam. Spectacular shower in the deluxe suite. Staff was very helpful.
Hotel room’s power shuts off when you leave the room. So electronic devices cannot be charged. And the AC shuts off resulting in a damp and humid room with really wet floors. Enough to slip on.
