Not as good since Marriott bought over the brand! No more welcome drinks or free in room movies. Still got a great vibe and the staff are excellent. Breakfast was fantastic but light bites in the evening not so great. Great big Bed and rainfall shower in the small room were the highlights. I would say it was a bit tired. No cups and poor TV controls were an annoyance. Also being given a room looking out onto a building site was rubbish. The hotel was quiet so that didn't need to happen. Still enjoyed our stay but may not be back until the above issues are fixed.

Staff were really helpful and friendly, we arrived a little early, expecting to just leave our bags, but reception managed to fine a room that had been made up and ready. Bonus!

I stayed at MOXY Hotel and my overall experience was average. The sync system was blocked on the first day and did not work properly, which was frustrating and affected my stay. The staff were okay, but the service was not particularly outstanding or memorable. The hotel itself is decent, but there is definitely room for improvement in both the technical systems and customer service. Overall, I would rate my experience 3 out of 5 stars. * you can keep some water bottles in the room so that guests need not look around for it.
