The front desk staff is absolutely amazing. When we were about to check in a front desk staff by Anil helped us get a free upgrade. I had originally booked a Jr Suite in Sorrento tower partial view of ocean and Anil upgraded us to full ocean view suite. Overall staff is great, property is extremely clean My only issue was with the wristbands system during weekends. Instead of keeping these wristbands handy by the pool entrances to make it convenient for hotel guests they make you go all the way to front desk to get these wristbands which is so inconvenient. Secondly you have to preserve these wristbands (which no one told us) and if you lose it and want to access the pool is 50$ per person but the front desk staff was very accommodating and waived us the fee but I would appreciate if this information is told beforehand to guests that they need to preserve their wristbands Overall we had an excellent stay here and they private beach access is so convenient and the beach staff is great too. We will come back here next time we’re in Miami

Felt like home. Kind and helpful staff that made check in/out seamless. Amenities were clean and modern. The bungalow room was spacious with great views of the pool and beach. Location was amazing with close proximity to south beach. Look forward to staying at the Edition once again.

I feel like the gym needs new machines.

Our stay at Faena Hotel Miami Beach was unforgettable. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, and every part of the experience felt truly 5-star. The hotel rooms are large and very spacious. We were celebrating our 12years anniversary and the staff had chocolates and champagne for us in our room. I did send a message asking if we could get a room with some private at a corner and they made sure we did… that was very nice. The hotel is very clean, pool area not crowded and our stay was beautiful. We would make this hotel our go to every time we visit Miami. Thank you to all the staffs.

Great room (balcony suite) and great staff and service. Just the right balance of being attentive and also not interrupting my good time. Would definitely go back there again! The pool is great! Beach access also very close and easy to use. Also a very walkable are with parks, CVS and other amenities nearby (coffee shops etc)
