Central New Mexico Luxury Vacations

The property is absolutely beautiful. an old building, but beautiful inside. The rooms were immaculate. We had a small problem with after a rainstorm and the front desk made it good, cleaned up, gave us vouchers for free breakfast twice, the main restaurant there was very, very good. The prime rib was excellent, and the little bar in the lobby is a great place to relax and have a light meal and great margaritas

We checked in with two young kids around 10:30pm after our flight got in. Upon checking into our room we realized it was dirty. There was a used robe on the bed and neither bed was made. No clean towels in the bathroom and a visibly dirty shower mat. We went to the front desk to be switched into a clean room so we could move on with our night and get our young kids cleaned up and put to bed. The options we were given was to either wait 30+ minutes while they cleaned the room or switch to a room without hot water. This is unacceptable! The only reconciliation was a free breakfast at their restaurant. On top of that nightmare, the heat in that room didn’t work our entire stay and there were tiny black bugs crawling around the walls in our bathroom and sleeping area. Completely disgusting. I will never stay at this place again. It has almost ruined my family’s entire trip to Santa Fe. We had much better service and cleanliness from Bishops Lodge.
