Room was ok . Paint peelings here and there alottttttt of noise !!! You can literally hear everything. The person upstairs shower, the person next-door shower, everybody talking, and walking in the hallway everybody’s shutting their doors. Etc New Year’s party was fine. I just wish for the amount of money that they charge people to come to the New Year’s party that we’re staying there for New Year’s. They would have played music that wasn’t all Spanish music for everybody that was there to enjoy.

The property is convenient to various downtown destinations and tge property is clean. The resturant staff at Area 31 was a step above terrible and it was overpriced. The TV connection was spotty-only a few channels worked. This is not a 5 star experience - disappointing!

The staff was extraordinary at this hotel. The public spaces at the hotel were great. The paint our bathroom door was a bit chipped and needed a fresh coat. Carpet could be updated in the room. Aside from that, everything was great, we will come back!

It was pretty nice. Me and my husband went around 4 hours early and we couldn’t checkin but they took our luggage so we could walk around. It was close to restaurants so that makes everything easy for us. Good location. I would definitely come back.
