There was some confusion about our arrival date. A miscommunication between the hotel and Expedia perhaps. The hotel weren’t expecting us when we arrived, they were expecting us the following day. This caused some panic but the hotel staff were fantastic, in particular Justo! Justo was very accommodating and did everything possible to fix the problem.
They also brought complimentary champagne to our room as a birthday gift to my partner.
Second time we’ve stayed here and would go back again!!
