I never, ever leave reviews for places, but the staff at Coco River were so unbelievably fantastic that I feel the need to share our incredible experience. We are a young family with a 2yr old, and we travelled from the UK. The staff in the hotel were so unbelievably brilliant with our 2yr old, playing with him at every opportunity and making friends. It got to the point that he was constantly asking just to go down to the reception to see his new friends. Our little one has a milk allergy, so we had been nervous about travelling with the allergy and any food issues we may have encountered. I made one passing comment to one of the ladies on reception one evening, and the next morning at breakfast we were presented with a big jug of Soya milk- which we later found out that the receptionist had gone to get especially for us- it’s not something they usually stock. The hotel itself is beautiful- extremely well positioned just far enough out of town to be quiet and tranquil, yet only a £2 taxi ride into the ancient town. The pool was very clean, and fresh water meaning no smell of chlorine or salt residue. The restaurant overlooks the river, and the food here was genuinely some of the best we had in the whole 2 weeks we spent in Vietnam- phenomenal (Try the crispy won-tons!!) We left for a night and actually felt home sick for this hotel- that’s how good it was. If you’ve made it this far- just book!

This is a beautifully designed boutique hotel. Staff is excellent.Breakfast includes many options. About seven minute walk to town. I'll be back.

The breakfast is outstanding Well staffed so tables are quickly cleaned

The staff were so incredibly polite and helpful at all times. Very helpful. The only downside was that we had some laundry done at the hotel and when we got to our next destination I realised they had shrunk all of my shirts :( an expensive laundry option as I had to throw them all out and buy new :(

The. Breakfast buffet was the best I have had in Vietnam . The pool was also excellent. The staff were helpful and always smiling

We had an excellent stay at this hotel. Breakfast was delicious, the staff were exceptional and the location perfect. The spa, gym and pool were all lovely.

Absolutely loved our stay here. Beautiful room, great location. The staff were amazing. Everyone from the lobby to the restaurants to the pool staff. We will stay here again on our next trip to Hoi An!
