Excelente hotel. Definitivamente voy a volver. Lo único que me gustaría que fuese distinto es la pileta: es bastante chica y no es climatizada (además de externa). Todo lo demás, realmente muy bueno y recomendable. Destaco particularmente el profesionalismo y amabilidad del personal.

The staff are the true heart and soul of Hare Nua. Every interaction felt sincere—like you were the only guest in the world that mattered. Whether it was offering recommendations, helping us with logistics, or just sharing a warm smile and conversation, they made the experience feel deeply personal. You’re not just staying at a hotel—you’re welcomed into a home. The personal touches here are what set it apart. From beautifully arranged welcome notes to handcrafted decor, everything feels curated with love and thought. You can feel the care in every corner of the hotel. The grounds are lush, the interiors effortlessly blend comfort with local charm, and the overall presentation is impeccable—boutique luxury without an ounce of pretension. And let’s talk about the food: absolutely divine. Breakfasts were a highlight of each day—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully plated. Fantastic base for exploring Valparaiso.

The hotel is beautiful, they have a free happy hour every day at 5 PM, they almost always give me a bottle of champagne, even if I don’t get the upgrade, the staff is incredible. They always carry my luggage to my room. The rooms are impeccably, clean and have a lot of little gifts inside like chocolate robes and slippers. All in all it’s just a great day and it’s my second time and I will stay again.

Gostaria de mencionar o excelente atendimento em nossa chegada com o Sr. PAUL na recepcao, om sorriso constante e interessado realmente em nos bem receber. Infelizmente, nao podemos falar o mesmo dos atendentes da recepcao no Domingo, e no equivoco no restaurante no cafe da manha, em que foram retirados os alimentos antes do horario que nos foi informado na duracao do cafe. Informaram duracao do cafe ate as 12horas, e comecaram a retirar os alimentos as 11h. Apos verem o equivoco, voltaram os alimentos, mas alguns hospedes ficaram visivelmente constrangidos.
