The room was nice, but the pillows were very uncomfortable and the staff were not very welcoming. They didn’t acknowledge our special occasion, and we had to ask for drink vouchers that were supposed to be included. This is not a 5-star hotel. The room also needs maintenance, as the bathroom cabinet door was broken.

We had a wonderful stay! The room was very clean and comfortable, and all the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options. The hotel facilities, including the sauna and bar, were excellent. The location was convenient and made it easy to explore Sydney. We would definitely stay here again.

Upon check-in staff was very pleasant and helpful. The room we had was of good size and all appointments were good. The only thing I could possibly say could be better was the length of glass in the bath shower. It could have been longer which would limit the amount of water that went on the floor.
Bed was very comfortable.

The loft room was perfect! We ordered food in from the restaurant and were very pleased. The breakfast was delicious. The location to the ferry made the day trip into Sydney easy. Thanks for the stay and would definitely book again.
