Do NOT stay here! Baby cockroaches in some rooms. The first room had water that was scalding hot!! Unbelievably hot where my 6 year old was in tears and crying. The staff and manager told me to bathe my kids and myself at the pool showers at night, on a different floor and a public shower. I was not letting my boys go into a public shower and sons should not be in the women’s shower. The manager came and after 10+ minutes of trying to find the right spot, he asked if the water was acceptable. If moved even a slight bit, it would be scalding hot again. That is how we showered the first night. It took hours to get my kids calm and go to bed. The next morning we were told to bring our luggage down and move rooms. Great…except we don’t have time to pack up, but we need to shower, so we missed going to the Blue Mountains! We moved rooms with a working shower. The second room had cockroaches!!! I told the front desk and showed videos and pictures. They did nothing. I asked for a refund and a discount and nothing!

A clean room and hotel located close to public transportation and restaurants.

Loved the room, the staff and the location. So easy to jump on buses and ferry. No need to use the car. Our Loft Room was so quiet. We expected noise from the hotel and restaurants downstairs. The only disappointment was the breakfast. A little sparse on choices.

Class all the way and Phillip at reception was brilliant. The advice he gave regarding local restaurants was well received and accurate. The only disappointment was we had only one night there! We will be back!

Great location. Such an advantage to be able to walk or jump on the light rail to access so much of what the CBD has to offer.

Excellent place for us to use as a base for vivisting Sydney for a short holiday. 5-10min walk from Redfern railway station meaning it was easy to move around the city.
