Great hotel for RAH or Hyde park access. We walked across Hyde Park to the Moco museum in under 50 minutes. Quiet and spotlessly clean. Comfortable bed. Really couldn’t fault. Quiet area to walk at night and look at the beautiful architecture in the area.

Room small but clean. Staff friendly. Breakfast buffet included was great!

Property looks tired in need of a renovation. I didn’t get the room which I’d actually booked and received a smaller one. Staff were unhelpful and although described as pet friendly you didn’t feel that pets were very welcome. One of the rings on the hob didn’t work in the room.

This is the third time I have stayed at Sea Containers and this thrid time was just a little disappointing compared to the other two. I has emailed ahead to request a room on a high floor and was given the 3rd floor which is as low as you can be I think, so my request was just ignored, Also the receptionist who checked us in mumbled in a strong accent and I had to keep asking her to repeat herself which was embarassing and awkward. she was not welcoming (normally the reception staff are friendly and chatty but she was neither). We didn't really use the amenities as we were so busy but I have had breakfast there before and used the cinema which were both lovely. It's a pity the cinema isn't open other than at weekends though. The room (385) was fine, nothing to write home about, it was adequate for our requirements and it was clean. Cleaning staff were lovely and always polite. there was a very annoying flickering light outside our room which wasn't fixed. room service was excellent.

Staff were very friendly. Always asking if all was okay and if anything was needed. Rooms were very nice with complementary mini bar. Shower was hot and powerful. Beds were comfortable. Hotel Indian restaurant with great bar with sitting area. Bar tenders were trained and made excellent cocktails.

This was a most beautifully appointed hotel in the City of London. Staff was friendly and professional and extremely helpful in recommending restaurants and sites of interest. Their in house restaurants were lovely and offered delicious entrees. I look forward to return visits.

We absolutely loved our four days at The Franklin Hotel. We loved it so much so that we have been recommending and reconsidering going back to stay there again December of 2027. Staff were phenomenal answering and assisting with all of our needs, very clean amenities and the professionalism of the team was top notch! Thank you Team Franklin! We are looking ahead to our next trip to London and staying with you again!

The hotel was amazing. It's close to the tube station. It was so peaceful. The staff were really friendly and helpful. We were allowed to store our luggage before our check in time which made going to London centre at lot easier. It was also only a few minutes walk to the Appollo theatre where we had tickets to see Kevin Bridges. The rooms were very comfortable, quiet and had air conditioning. You also have an option to have a later checkout time for a small fee. I would definitely recommend it. In fact we are trying to plan another London trip already.
