The accommodation is well situated to Darling Harbour & other attractions in Sydney. Rooms are comfortable, roomy and the kitchen is an added bonus. Staff were very helpful.

Brilliant location for accessing Chinatown, shopping options, and the light rail that connects to everything. Disappointed in the room servicing on the weekend but was able to get enough towels to see me through my stay. Will definitely stay there again but please do a better job servicing the rooms.

Clean simple large room. Had everything that was need for a short stay, and staff were very helpful. So close to central areas of Newtown.

Perfect location for exploring Sydney. Nice design and good size room. Staff are very friendly. Decent cafe on premise and within easy access of nearby restaurants and bars. Really enjoyed my stay.

Amazing experience at QT Bondi. When I arrived I told the person at the reception but I wanted to add one more night because my flight was late at night. She went above and beyond to help me. The hotel location is very convenient. There is a supermarket and some eateries above the hotel that can be accessed by elevator. The rooms are spacious and all the appliances worked perfeclty. Highly recommended

I really feel like I'm outside Sydney it feels like a sanctuary retreat with such close distance from city centre. The staff are so friendly and kind to us. Accomodating to my husband's need whose mobility is such a challenge. Fresh air, zoo tours are such wonderful experience! We could also admire the Koala just right outside the windows from our hotel room.

There was absolutely no staff Visibility to help with luggage we had to lug our own luggage to our rooms which is unheard of / previous owners had bell staff to take your luggage from the car - foyer areas are very run down - whole hotel needs a revamp as it’s looking very stayed - it is such a shame as we have been here many times under the old owners and loved it every time - this time we have been left wanting - even the rooftop bar was empty which tells you something - this used to ALwAyS be pumping …. Do better to stay competitive
