We had an amazing stay at this resort and my family absolutely loved it! The highlight for my children was the jumper room, where they spent hours having fun and burning off energy. The kids’ water park was also fantastic—clean, safe, and full of exciting features that kept them entertained every day. The resort was very family-friendly, and it was wonderful to see how much thought was put into activities for children. The staff was friendly, the grounds were well maintained, and there was always something fun for the kids to do. Seeing how happy and excited my children were throughout our stay made the trip even more special. We would definitely return and highly recommend this resort to families looking for a fun and relaxing vacation with great amenities for kids

There are a bunch of activities on the resort and so much staff engagement. The coffee, snacks, food! The room service menu is amazing as well. The views are breathtaking and the rooms are spacious and clean.

This was our first time. We stayed a couple of days at Nizuc and a few days at The Grand. It was amazing! From beginning to end. Will definitely go back!

Loved this property so much. The check in process was swift and our room was ready earlier than expected. The staff were friendly and helpful and the food was 10/10 for me. There are a bunch of activities on the resort and so much staff engagement. The coffee, snacks, food! The room service menu is amazing as well. The views are breathtaking and the rooms are spacious and clean.

My husband and I had a great stay overall. The resort was beautiful, clean, and well-maintained, and most of the staff and guests were friendly. I’ve stayed at RIU resorts several times and have always had positive experiences. The food was very good and filling. During our 5-day stay, we only ate at the buffet, but we enjoyed everything we tried. Unfortunately, we had a serious issue on our first night. The resort arranged a taxi for us to get to an excursion. During the ride, the driver took my phone and hid it under his seat, then demanded money to return it. We had already paid for the ride and even tipped him, but he continued demanding more. Security and police became involved, and after a very stressful situation, I ended up paying a total of $160 to get my phone back. While this experience was upsetting, I don’t want one dishonest driver to define our entire trip. We met many wonderful people afterward, enjoyed several excursions, and had a great vacation overall. My only recommendation is to use Uber or carefully verify transportation arrangements. Most people we encountered were kind and professional, but it’s always best to be cautious. Despite that unfortunate incident, we still enjoyed our stay and made some great memories.
