Everything was delightful. Gorgeous room with panoramic view, Multi station buffet breakfast to suit every palate. Great staff. Veteran concierge. Steps from the Metro. Would stay again.

The peoperty was nice, clean and spacious rooms. Staff amd service was mediocre for a 5 star property. Felt as we had judging eyes on us whenever we entered or left the hotel. Didn't leave or give the service level expected for such a brand name hotel. Compared to other places we have stayed, it was just meh
Other than that it was fine. Location for the train and getting an uber was also quite convenient

I truly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It was advertised properly. The room was quite big, comfortable, quiet and clean. The breakfast was good, lots of varieties and I love the congee with the accompaniments! The gym was very small with minimal equipment but was expected and enough for a quick workout. I will come back again!
