Excellent location, clean room, comfortable bed

My room was very quiet and I enjoyed having the kitchen amenities and the balcony. The bed was average. My only negative comments are related to the unusually excessive daily damage deposit that I wasn’t expecting - big upfront unexpected expense! Also there was no bus cart for me to take groceries up to my room - but the bellmen would do it for a set fee. The pool was lovely, but closed at 7pm, which seemed early to me for summer. I enjoyed my stay, but won’t probably return to this resort.

The room size was excellent and very clean. The breakfast each day was great and well organised. Perfect location as Times Square is just around the corner. Would definitely stay here again.

Room was great. Buffet breakfast was amazing with so many options. Love the fact that a bar and coffee shop are downstairs next to the lobby.
