Always a favorite place to stay the night before an international trip out of PTY. Love the reception area and tiki bar. Nice to have the small gift shop. Convenient shuttle runs every hour on the hour to the airport.

I must say that my experience was excellent. The staff were professional, welcoming, and attentive throughout my stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the amenities provided exceeded my expectations. I especially appreciated the peaceful atmosphere and the high level of customer service. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would gladly recommend your hotel to others and look forward to staying again in the future.

This hotel is beautiful and very clean. The staff are friendly and helpful. The pool is very small and in a strange spot so not that enticing to use. The gym is very well equipped and spacious; but it was under construction partway through our visit which we did not know about ahead of time. The only issue I had with this hotel was the mattresses; they need to be replace. They are conceived and springs poke into you-it was very uncomfortable. But I cannot stress enough how wonderful the front desk staff were in helping me when I left my purse in an uber. They went above and beyond to help.

The room was large and roomy - with a great view! Restaurants were expensive - however, the buffet was awesome. The gym was amazing. Pools wwas were spectacular. Overall, great stay!
