I love the location to be near my daughter in Murray hill. I didn’t like that I arrived at 9:30am on a Tuesday and they didn’t let me check in early even though rooms were available. She said it would be an early check in charge. I usually stay at Bonvoy properties and that would never happen. The room was fine. The bed and pillows very comfortable and the halls clean. Lobby nice sitting areas and friendly staff at the door. Overall good

Junior and Armanda were exceptionally helpful and accommodating! After a fiscal with parking, Junior was able to rectify the issue and offered additional support for my daughters and I! Extraordinary view of the city and security was always around. Breakfast was delicious and not like a full service, but offered us just what we needed to start the day. Exceptional location real close to Time Square. We enjoyed everything about this location and the extremely helpful staff. Definitely a place to consider if you like somewhere close to Time Square, but not a lot of space in the rooms. Just enough room for 2 beds and the restroom. Amenities were very nice and useful. They even cleaned out room while we were out all day and did a great job!

Air conditioning did not work in our room. We were in the midst of a heat wave and it was unbearable. Moved us in the middle of the night to another room where the ac didn’t work. Finally on the third night we got a room with ac. Got only one night refunded and had to argue to have the second night refunded.

You cannot beat the location of this hotel! It’s perfect home base. But be aware it is BASIC. There are literally zero amenities. It’s a place to crash, but you shouldn’t be in the room much in nyc anyway! And when you are, it should be clean and I can attest this hotel was very clean. This hotel is for when your budget is on a budget. But it was great for us and we would stay again.
