Downstate New York Kid friendly Vacations

Staff was exceptional. However, my room had no air conditioning except for fan/ventilation that sucked. Air quality in the room was so poor, I woke up feeling stuffy and hot each night. Almost none of the outlets in the room were working properly. The ones that did work, charging blocks would not stay in for long without falling out. No common amenities that you would find at other hotels, like a mini fridge. Caulking around the toilet of the floor looked filthy. There were also fibers on the walls all throughout the room that were peeling/looked hairy?? It was honestly one of the most mid to low tier level hotels I have ever stayed at. Definitely not worth the price but of course they can get away with charging obscene prices for mediocrity given that the location is in a “convenient” location and in the city in general. Staff were honestly one of the only good things I have to say about this place. They were friendly and made the check in/check out process relatively easy. Otherwise, will definitely not be staying here again or encouraging my family who regularly travels to the city to have a stay either.

Such an amazing experience. High end luxury hotel right in the heart of manhattan. Staff is fantastic. Had a lovely concierge (Christian) who gave us great recommendations for food and entertainment in the area. Highly recommend!

I stayed here because my daughter was in Langone Hospital and it was very convenient to walk there, and to restaurants. The room was quiet and comfortable.

We stayed for 4 nights with our two teenage sons. The staff could not have been nicer or more helpful, the rooms were great and very clean and comfortable and the location excellent. When we had a problem with the AC someone came and fixed it immediately. Also, we thought it was really good value.
