Noisy room on the ground floor. You could hear every word if someone walked by and the generator from the parking lot across the street kept we awake half of the night. Definitely not what I expect from a RIU Hotel. Very disappointed. Maybe you should invest in new windows. However, location and breakfast were great.

The staff was excellent, not one bad thing to say. The property was run down and the room was in dire need of a remodel. If I was coming here for a romantic getaway I would have been very disappointed. But, I was here with kids, the lobby was great with all of the toys and smores. It was a solid 3, good but not great. Good for families, not good for romance.

I liked that we could park out car for longterm parking. Staff were friendly.

Excellent hotel! Staff were nice and helpful! The happy hour was excellent. The complimentary coffee and tea was nice each morning. Parking was easy, and the record player in the room was the best! I would highly recommend this hotel!

We will stay there again. New mattresses would be nice but everything else was great!

Not bad location, spacious room for family with children. Breakfast is value for money when could paid while making booking but only 2 adults allowed so it turned out expensive for teenagers when bought at the counter. Don’t like the shower without hand held shower head. No drinking water bottles supplied which ones would expect from this kind of hotels. No basis toiletries such as cotton buds…
