Everything was wonderful. Everyone was helpful and kind. This is my second time staying with Elysium and would stay again. Great price, bed was comfortable, linen good, pool perfect

The boutique hotel was amazing. The common areas were designed perfectly with a mix of culture, a connection with the outdoors, and a modern elegance. The rooms were well appointed with stand alone shower, a private balcony, plenty of storage, and a very comfortable bed. All these things warrant a 5 rating but the true excellence of this hotel is the staff/service. From the moment you arrive you experience a special connection with the staff. They are so friendly and attentive that you feel like you are the only guest of the hotel but I can tell you they treat every guest the same way. There are too many people doing outstanding work to name but I want to especially acknowledge Alice and her front desk staff. There was always a cold towel and a bottle of water waiting for me when I returned to the hotel. And the tours…..same quality service outside the hotel as I received inside the hotel. And the spa, amazing professionals. I’ve been a business/personal traveler for 40+ years and I would rate this hotel a top 5 stay of all time for me. I’ll be back! Arkun Golden Temple Hotel

Breakfast was great; staff was friendly and facility is beautiful and clean. Wish we were at 3rd or 4th floor because fresh air and breeze when going into the room.

Great hotel, super friendly staff, breakfast had many options. Only issue was one of our two adjoining rooms had an air conditioner issue but the manager got us sorted in about an hour and put us into two new adjoining rooms. Bonus is that it is one of the closest hotels to Angkor Wat. That means you’re last to be picked up by tour shuttles and first to be dropped off.

This is a beautiful, luxurious and perfectly maintained hotel with attentive staff that always greet you with a smile and personal attention. I stayed at the hotel for one week and will miss the staff the most. Special thanks to Sithav and Samoan, my favorite lady security guard and to the cooks and servers at the breakfast buffet.
