Toilet on the roof is very poorly maintained

Great hospitality though the email they sent as a forum to fill up is totally useless as when I reached I still did not get a checkin early where they had asked for the time clearly. They had also asked for the preference of the pillow where I asked for cervical which was also not fulfilled.

Excellent service. Nice and clean Roma. Facilities are great. Only down side is nothing around the area is walkable,

Had a wonderful short stay at The President in Colaba. The hotel was beautiful and stylish, though slightly more dated than some of its peers (Taj, Trident, etc.). Had an upscale luxury feel to it, but with nice splashes or Indian culture and aesthetics. Room service was excellent. I was a bit disappointed with the surroundings— lots of construction so I didn’t the feel that I was hoping for, especially being so close to the sea and to the historic Colaba area. But that’s not the hotel’s fault. Overall, a great stay and I’d highly recommend The President

The staff were amazing and helped us out a lot.. Viren was amazing at check-in.. Thank u so much guys for a wonderful stay..😀
