Generally I stay here once per year. Overall I love the location and that’s the main reason I come back… very walkable to Nanjing Rd - Suzhou river - people square station. Nice rooms - cooking appliances. Only issue I had on this particular trip was the wifi… never seemed to work that well as it had previously.. it’s one network across the hotel rather than individually for rooms.

Perfect placed at metro entrance no.14 and the center of Shanghai. Quiet and pleasant hotel.
We had ordered three rooms for seven people. The three rooms we got, but there were only six beds. The hotel charged an additional payment for an extra bed.
They did not respond to our arguments that we have ordered for seven people. Totally unacceptable. In addition they also charged for an extra person for breakfast.
