This was our third stay at this property and was the worse. Previously, we were offered free parking at one stay, one free breakfast on another, or some other incentive that made you really appreciate the property but nothing this trip. Not even a Happy Anniversary during checkin and we messaged the property a month early to let them know why we were booking this stay. At breakfast, one restaurant staffer seated the lady ahead of us and started sweeping floors while we and others stood there waiting. It was early and barely anyone in the restaurant. When she observed my wife going to get assistance from another employee and the lady behind us becoming very vocal with disbelief, she immediately returned and wanted to quickly seat us. In as much as we love visiting Orlando, we will look for other accommodations for future visits and decline to recommend this property to others.

This hotel was phenomenal. The reason I gave it a poor score through Expedia is this. I booked through Expedia while the rest in my group booked directly through the hotel. I ended up paying hundreds of dollars more then them. I spent $39 per night parking while they spent $15. I spent $50 per night 'resor fee' while they spent $0. If you plan to stay here DO NOT BOOK THROUGH EXPEDIA

great activities and amenities

took my 2 small children there and had a blast. All the pools were incredible. The game room and all the activities were so fun. Truly felt like a resort.
