Auch bei unserem erneuten Aufenthalt im Palm Royal Soma Bay wurden wir wieder auf ganzer Linie überzeugt. Die gesamte Anlage ist wunderschön gepflegt und außergewöhnlich sauber. Man merkt überall, mit wie viel Engagement und Liebe zum Detail gearbeitet wird. Ein ganz großes Lob geht an das gesamte Personal. Jeder einzelne Mitarbeiter ist freundlich, aufmerksam und immer bemüht, den Gästen einen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt zu bereiten. Besonders bedanken möchten wir uns bei der Rezeption, die jederzeit hilfsbereit und professionell war, sowie beim Animationsteam, das mit seiner guten Laune und den abwechslungsreichen Programmen für beste Unterhaltung sorgt, ohne dabei aufdringlich zu sein. Auch das Essen, der Strand und die entspannte Atmosphäre haben uns erneut begeistert. Genau deshalb kommen wir immer wieder gerne zurück. Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team für einen weiteren wunderschönen Urlaub. Wir freuen uns schon jetzt auf unseren nächsten Aufenthalt im Palm Royal Soma Bay!

The check-in process was really smooth and easy. Mr. Amr and the manager Mr. Mina were able to take our disabilities into account and ensure that our needs were met. The food was excellent all of the servers and the wait staff and the support staff were amazing! Our rooms were tidied and cleaned every single day, and there was never request that we made that they didn’t immediately take care of. They are amazing! My son had a medical emergency on the trip and the hotel staff, including Mr. Ashraf Moh, Mr. Mina and Mr. Amr asked about him every single day. They even called our room to ask us if there was anything we needed for my son to make our stay easier while he was ill. Any request I made pertaining to my son’s illness, they took care of immediately with grace and great respect. This hotel didn’t just make me feel like a guest they made me feel like family! They are super attentive, respectful, and kind! The facilities are absolutely beautiful and well taken care of my kids really enjoyed the pool and the beach so much! The way they treated my family and I has ensured that I will never stay anywhere else when vacationing in Hurghada/ Makadi!

隣のホテルのプールやレストランを使用することもできるので、選択肢が豊富で楽しかったです。桟橋のおかげでシュノーケルポイントまで歩いていけるのもGood。
