Came here for a music show and a night in Buffalo. The gentleman at the front desk answered our questions when we called ahead to confirm theyallowed dogs. Excellent service. Room was very clean, our shower was very spacious, and the hotel very tranquil and calm. Will definitely visit again.

Clean room Good Breakfast If you use Flix bus and come to Buffalo Airport they will pick you at the hotel pickup sign.Just call the hotel when you’re ready to be picked up. Staff is great very helpful.

Almost every outlet in our rooms was covered by tape. Elevators are nightmare fuel with the shaking and rattling and horror-movie-esque hum. Heat/AC made a rattling squeak all night too
