New York Kid friendly Vacations

I was impressed with the size of our apartment and enjoyed that the bedroom had a door separating it from the living room, so our kids who were sleeping on the foldout sofa bed could watch tv in the morning while we slept in a little. The midtown location was very convenient. The room was mostly clean, though there was a used tissue on the floor under the sofa bed when I pulled it out.

Our room was very nice and the staff was quite helpful. 2 suggestions: More tables and chairs are needed in the main meeting area on the lobby floor. Also, more than two small complimentary bottles of water should be placed in the hotel rooms when guests are spending more than one night. Thank you! I

Always like the buffet although room is quite small with 4 adults. Check in and out is fast and efficient. Location is perfect close to everything, a lot of restaurant near by

The hotel is expensive when it comes to fees and upgrades. Paid over 100.00 for early check in and to upgrade to a room with a bathtub. The entire trip hot water issues, maintenance tried to say it’s because of the weather and cold water has to run out of the pipes. Never was taken care of. Bathtub was useless as drain plug didn’t work. Bathtub was small. Room had water damaged ceilings. You could hear everything in the hallway and other rooms. Hotel had zero amenities. Would not stay here again. Rip off. Fix your warped walls, pealing wall coverings in hallways. Lower your prices. Make sure your upgrades are worth the money.

Was really pleasantly surprised that we could not hear the noise or bothered by the lights at night at all. Great sleep! Such a perfect location to walk to any of the shows and tons of shopping and dining options.

Room was quite small, poor noise insulation and we could hear neighboring room talk and toilets flushing frequently
