Great location, friendly staff, small comfortable room perfect for what I needed

The property is in a great location, walking distance to shops and china town. The house keeping was not perfect but generally it is in clean condition.

There was absolutely no staff Visibility to help with luggage we had to lug our own luggage to our rooms which is unheard of / previous owners had bell staff to take your luggage from the car - foyer areas are very run down - whole hotel needs a revamp as it’s looking very stayed - it is such a shame as we have been here many times under the old owners and loved it every time - this time we have been left wanting - even the rooftop bar was empty which tells you something - this used to ALwAyS be pumping …. Do better to stay competitive

Close to team and paddy’s market and darling harbour. Breakfast good, lifts slow.

The staff were exceptional and very welcoming, a friendly face with lots of help and information. Room was spacious, well equipped, light and airy, location perfect for both airport and Sydney centre/harbour.

Super schönes Hotel, Lage perfekt!

Was such a lovely hotel to stay in. So central and room so lovely. Had great sleep and loved the breakfast too. Staff were so professional and friendly. Would recommend to all my friends and family.

Close to Central Station that suited us

Very convenient from the international terminal -- about a 5 minute walk. Smitty's Bar -- food and service were excellent. Easy walk back the next day to catch a shuttle to the domestic terminal. Room was al well appointed and quiet.

Great place to stay. Pools (multiple)are gorgeous and gym is huge! Staff were friendly and helpful. Great location by the beach and shops. We had a toilet separate from the shower area and a spacious room with a lovely view of the pools and beach.
